Safety Rules

The safety of our guests is our top priority. Please follow these rules during your rental.

Adult Supervision

A responsible adult (18 years or older) must supervise children at all times while using the equipment.

Age & Capacity

Please follow the recommended age, height, and occupancy limits for each rental.

Do not allow rough play, pushing, wrestling, climbing on walls, or flipping.

Shoes & Personal Items

Remove all shoes before entering the ball pit or soft play area.

Remove glasses, jewelry, watches, keys, and any sharp objects before playing.

Food & Drinks

No food, drinks, candy, gum, or snacks are allowed in the play area.

Prohibited Items

The following items are not allowed:

Face paint

Glitter

Confetti

Slime

Silly string

Paint

Markers or pens

Pets

Smoking or vaping near the equipment

Weather

Outdoor equipment must not be used during heavy rain, high winds, lightning, or other unsafe weather conditions.

Equipment should remain dry at all times.

Equipment Care

Do not move or relocate the equipment after it has been set up.

Do not attach decorations, tape, nails, or adhesives to the equipment.

Report any damage immediately.

Customer Responsibility

The renter is responsible for the equipment from the time it is delivered until it is picked up. Any damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow these rules may result in repair or replacement charges.
