Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Sweet Enchanted Play Rentals. We understand that plans can change, so we've created the following cancellation policy.

Deposits

A $100 deposit is required to reserve your event date.

All deposits are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Bookings may be rescheduled at least 14 days before the event, subject to availability.

One complimentary reschedule is allowed. Additional date changes may be subject to a fee.

Customer Cancellations

If you cancel your reservation, your deposit will be forfeited.

If the remaining balance has already been paid, any eligible refund will be issued minus the non-refundable deposit and any expenses already incurred.

Weather Policy

Outdoor rentals may be rescheduled due to severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, or unsafe conditions), based on availability.

Refunds are not provided for weather-related cancellations, but we will work with you to reschedule whenever possible.

Delivery & Setup

If our team arrives and cannot safely complete the setup due to unsafe conditions, inaccessible locations, or incorrect event information, the reservation may be canceled without a refund.
