Rental Agreement

By placing a booking, you agree to the following terms:

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date.

The remaining balance is due before delivery unless otherwise agreed.

An adult (18+) must be present during delivery and pickup.

The rental equipment must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Shoes, food, drinks, gum, face paint, glitter, confetti, slime, and sharp objects are not allowed in or on the equipment.

Equipment must not be moved after setup.

Customers are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Severe weather may require cancellation or rescheduling for safety.

Sweet Enchanted Play Rentals reserves the right to refuse setup if the location is unsafe.
